Cancellations must be made at least 90 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations made 60 to 89 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of half of the initial deposit. There will be no refunds with less than 60 days notice of cancellation unless we can re-let the property without loss. All refunds are subject to a £25.00 cancellation fee.
Exceeding occupancy limits are prohibited without prior written consent. The owner of the property or person acting on behalf of the owner must be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time.
We are not liable if the house should become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. We will try to make an alternative booking, but if this is not possible all monies received from you will be refunded in full.
The Mount is a self-contained property and garden with farming activities going on around it. Those who choose to stay at the property must make allowances for country noises and smells.
Those who choose to come on the farm or participate in farm activities, at arranged times with the farming family do so at their own risk. The farmer and his family take no responsibility for losses or injury. An adult from your party must accompany children on the farm at all times.
A reminder smoking is not permitted in the house. We ensure the house is clean and tidy on your arrival; you undertake to leave it clean and tidy at the end of your stay. You are legally responsible for any damage, loss or breakage that occurs during your stay. Please report and pay for such damage and loss before you leave. Unsuitable substitutes are not accepted.
By applying for a booking you are undertaking to accept these conditions for yourself and on behalf of all the members of your party.
